Plea to track down grafitti yob (Express and Star)


Caught on camera in the middle of the day, a yob brazenly scrawls graffiti on Wolverhampton’s cenotaph as other youths look on. The baseball cap-wearing lout targeted the memorial in broad daylight on a Monday afternoon.
