Tweet Gritty forward Aaron Voros was traded Friday from the New York Rangers to the Anaheim Ducks in exchange for veteran defenseman Steve Eminger.

Hillier scored over 30 goals in back-to-back seasons for Halifax of the QMJHL from 2006-08. Eminger, 26, is a former first-round pick of the Capitals who played in 63 games for the Ducks last season, putting up 4 goals and 16 points. He has played 346 NHL games for the Capitals, Flyers, Lightning, Panthers and Ducks with career totals of 15 goals, 85 points and 301 penalty minutes. Eminger has 1 goal in five career postseason games.
